Gary and Jordan are a father and son team.

Gary has a degree in Advertising Design, with heavy emphasis on advertising and marketing theory. Even so, Gary began his career as a Naval Officer, with experience as an aviator, in public affairs, and intelligence. His civilian career has been in branding and marketing, primarily in the consumer packaged goods industry. After being laid off from a job in Ohio, Gary returned to his roots in Utah. While searching for work, he accepted a temporary position with an employment resource service. He continues to volunteer time training community leaders and employment specialists and facilitating employment networking groups.

Jordan has a degree in graphic design and has worked on branding for a number of category-leading consumer brands. He is also known as a computer expert with proficiency in social media and training users on graphic software. Several years ago, Jordan followed an urge to change careers. He did an exhaustive study of training and jobs in forensic science before he returned to school to pursue a post-graduate degree. He currently works in the Washington DC area for the federal government as a forensic scientist.
